Had two appointments for two houses and my sister received a phone call to say the house was sold on the day of the viewing. Do you know any seller who turns down a higher cash offer? I cancelled second appointment and they didn't even try to encourage sale for that client. Very unprofessional and underhand.

Found a property we were interested in viewing, my partner called and the lady told him she would contact the vendor and find it where they were at with the people currently renting the property. A week later we'd still heard nothing so I rang and spoke to a gentleman who, more or less, said the same thing. This was 2 weeks ago, we've still heard nothing and the property is still advertised For Sale. Very unprofessional.

Dealt with the lovely people at oakland when renting a property. Had a very warm and friendly service at any time I needed them.
