Thankyou to the team at Reeds Rains for guiding me through the sale of our house. Kieran and Sharon did a great job of taking over from Rosanna when she retired and I achieved my aim of selling to a family rather than a developer, with a friendly "local" approach after my husband passed away. They were always friendly, helpful and considerate of my situation. Thankyou all and well done!

We have dealt with Reed Raines several times over the past decade with various property hunts and have always found them to be very professional. So when it was time for us to sell our home we knew we wanted to go with Reed Rains. Joe was very informative and kept us up-to-date throughout the whole process and made what was inevitable a bit stressful as easy as could be.

Had a really nice experience with Reeds Rains whilst renting from them, we had things fixed on time and they were generally respectful and understanding letting agents until it came time to return our deposit. after the 10 day period I emailed to see the progress and remind RR that they should return the deposit within 10 days as stated by gov guidelines.

I received a reply goading me to raise a dispute as they are familiar with the process and will have 8 weeks to hold onto our deposit from the day we open the case. I decided not to raise a dispute due to the letting agents message and two months on we still have not received our deposit back. The agents seem to know this process well, I'd suggest don't rent with them.

Joe was with us all the way with our purchase, despite the inevitable glitches. Highly recommended.

This time last year I woke up to my very first day in my new flat. I had sold my old flat and bought this one through Reeds Rains and cannot thank you enough. I had dismissed it originally but Kieran gently encouraged me to give it another go and thank goodness he did. It was like Kieran (and Sarah at Embrace) had a magic eight ball! The whole team was very supportive through the legal and moving process making it that much less stressful.

Reeds Rains team went above and beyond the call of duty in selling my house in difficult times. I wanted an estate agent to sell my house who would reduce the stress of the process and who would be effective and efficient. I chose a local agent in Reeds Rains in Portishead and was not disappointed. Rosanna and her team gave me good sales advice and put themselves out to accompany viewings at a weekend during Covid restrictions. They sold the house within 4 days at over the asking price having at the same time qualified the suitability of the viewers and the eventual purchaser = happy seller.

I must also mention Charlotte the Sales Progressor who chivied solicitors and purchasers alike to make sure the sale went through in a timely fashion. Would I use an internet seller in future - in a word No. You can't in my opinion beat local knowledge of property and the area to sell your house at the best price. All the sales team from the office familiarised themselves with the property and introduced themselves before marketing started and it is invaluable and comforting to have real people you have met and therefore know to speak to on the phone. What a great service we had when buying our dream home in November through Reeds Rains. The whole process was simple, straightforward and stress free and the client experience and efficiency was refreshing. To say its been an easy road to get moved in to our new home would be a lie, but having Reed rains handle our sale has been a pleasurable experience, all the staff we have worked with have been extremely efficient and professional. We had a viewing booked yesterday for a rental property - nobody showed up, or even called to let us know they had cancelled. We tried calling the office but got no answer. We never received a confirmation email for the viewing, so didn't even know the full street address, or the number of the agent who should have been showing us round. Two other people were also there for the same viewing at the same time (?). I emailed to complain and was just told "you must have been in the wrong place then."

I had a great experience buying my first flat. Joe helped me throughout the entire process, highly recommend.

I was a tenant in properties managed by Reeds Rains Kennington for two years. As a tenant, I found their service exemplary - both responsive and personable. All maintenance requests were actioned quickly, correspondence with the landlord was efficient, and the check-out process was low-stress. When my first tenancy came to an end due to the landlord wanting to move back in, the team went above and beyond to help me find an even better property in the area. I am truly grateful for all their assistance during my time in London, particularly Lenka and Hussain.

Halifax is situated in two shops knocked into one on the barking road plaistow. They have many estate agents that you can speak too straight away. They also have their own morgage broker that you can aso arrange an appointment with. I personally put my house on with them and it didnt sell. I dont think they push themselves as hard as what they could to sell a house.

They send viewers around without telling you that anyones coming around to view your property. They dont give feedback. They do put your house on the market straight away and you can talk to them about them lowering their fee fo your house being sold with them. Great dispaly of houses for sale and rent on the windows. Great sales representitves very polite always on hand.
