Purchased a house through them - Estate agent showed me round, was friendly, easy going and knew the facts. Accommodated my schedule and a few subsequent visits. - Felt a bit put off by the way they manage offers. A case of put in an offer of max you're willing to pay regardless of asking price and hope you win, or worse, compete against nobody and just over pay!

Weren't willing to take off the market for my over asking price offer without everyone bidding. Unfortunately this is partly the current market too I think - After offer accepted I mainly dealt with progressor Pam and she was fantastic, highly communicative, friendly, always up to date and on it with proactive chasing on any part of the chain! Always happy to help with anything.

Fantastic level of Service at Michael Rhodes and in particular from the Sales Progressor Pam Foyle - felt very supported throughout the process of both buying and selling, with no query or request for assistance too much trouble.

Having been with another local estate agent who I was not impressed with I turned to Michael Rhodes with the sale of my property. All I can say is that I wish I had gone with them from the start. Vicky and Pam, the sales progresser were phenomenal in getting the asking price that I wanted and onto the final stages of exchange and completion. We initially listed our home with another local agent. However, after several months of unsuitable viewings (a lady with arthritis - our house had 3-storeys /someone looking for a quiet setting - our house was in Romsey town centre), we changed to Michael Rhodes. The difference was immediately apparent - there was real energy & enthusiasm in the office and they really seemed to "get" our home.

In particular, Vicky & James put immense effort into the marketing of our home and were always friendly & optimistic - even when they had to tell us a viewing had been unsuccessful, they always had an idea of what we could try next. Given the difficulties of the property market in late 2019/early 2020, they sold our home quickly. The sale was then progressed by Pam - again, someone full of energy, very efficient. We cannot thank the team enough - the best agency in Romsey!

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! We had a fantastic experience with Vicky at Michael Rhodes selling our flat. Michael Rhodes are one of the few offices who answer calls up until closing time (as so many estate agents appear to finish 30minutes before) and are always fast to respond to messages. Vicky made the whole experience very easy and stress free, ensuring we were kept up to date with everything within good time. We are hoping that our next purchase will be through Michael Rhodes as they were such a pleasure to work with.

Michael Rhodes estate agents were a great help when selling my apartment. The reason I chose them is because they are a local agent with an excellent reputation - and they didn't disappoint. Matt was the agent dealing with my sale. He offered excellent advice about what improvements needed to be made for a quick sale at the right price and he had excellent internet marketing knowledge - it sold within two weeks at the full asking price. In my opinion there is no substitute for using a reputable agent who knows the local property market. Highly recommended!
