They're our patches, and are patches we know well, having opened our first office in Ealing neary 40 years ago.

Ashley Rolfe and Simon East both served their apprenticeships with independent West London agencies, Ashley in Chiswick and Acton, whilst Simon served predominantly Ealing, Haven Green and Ealing Common. They started the business in 1983 believing that estate agency needed upgrading, particularly in customer service and true career paths for people who shared a combined love of people and property.

Do not rent with this company! They are scammers. I rented with them for 4 years paying almost 60,000 in rent over the years always on time and always reported and problems that I had. When I ended the tenancy they tried to charge me over 3000 to repaint the walls, fix flooring etc basically all the things the landlord should be doing at the end of a tenancy as these were issues from before I even started my tenancy.
Once I threatened to take it further they dropped all charges. Now the next tenants have left and they are trying to do the same to them. They are a really disgusting company to rent with and the staff turnover is so high they don't even know what is going on. I had someone from the office calling me 6 months after I left asking if they could come and view the property! Stay far away from them.

It's been more than a month since we've reported the water valve issue on our boiler however we're still waiting for a solution. Meanwhile the water waste is getting worse and worse. Question: Who's going to pay for that? It is ridiculous the waiting time for such a major problem. The excuse it's been the same over the last 30 days. "We've been waiting for the valve to be delivered".
I wonder if the valve is coming from Mars considering the long waiting? We're absolutely disgusted by the way we've been treated by your agency with regards to any and every issue we've had so far in this property. It's also been more than a year since we've reported a sudden and unexplained breaking of our coocker glass however nobody came to even investigate the issue claiming that "as long as the cooker is working, it's fine". I'm sorry to say NO, it's just not fine as this could cause fire or who knows any other incident in the property or in the whole building.

I was recently involved in helping to re-home a relative. Initially, the brief was to buy a house but that changed to finding a rental property. Sam, Ashley and Ranj have been really kind and supportive and have been available to help at every step of the way. They have understood the brief, responded promptly and been very patient. Definitely nice people to do business with. I would highly recommend them if you are searching for a property to either buy or rent.

Ranj was absolutely brilliant! My boyfriend and I are first time renters and Ranj made the whole process very easy and clear. He was quick to respond to our calls and many many questions and kept us up to date every step of the way! We saw the flat and a week later we'd moved in - we now feel very settled in our new home. We finally settle downed. A week passed, and we really like our new home. We are so lucky to meet agent Ranj, during the letting process there are lots of documents need to be prepared, we got so many questions need to be answered. Ranj replied my emails and calls very quickly. He kept updating the progress.

We are a family of 4 and we rented our current property through Rolfe East last month. It is our first experience with the estate agent in question and so far it has proved to be a very positive one. We would like to express our gratitude to one of the members of the letting team, Ranj, for the excellent customer service he provided us with. The initial communication took place over the phone and he even went the extra mile for us by arranging an on-line viewing while we were still away on holiday. Ranj is very enthusiastic, with positive energy and very attantive.
