Since 1823 the name Pendered has featured in property in Wellingborough when Joseph Pendered commenced business on Wellingborough Market Square. The firm went on to become leading auctioneers and estate agents in the town, opening Wellingborough Cattle Market in 1864. Five generations later, Martin Pendered commenced his own practice at 2 Burystead Place in 1980.
Our Client accounts are protected by a Client Money Protection Scheme with a very experienced team dedicated to letting and managing your property. On receipt of your instructions, we will immediately place your property on the rental market to achieve a letting in as short a time as possible to produce income at the earliest possible date.
Maintaining gas installations and fittings in accordance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1994 (as amended), we would recommend that gas appliances are serviced annually. Gas Safety Certificates are required annually. We reserve the right to organise a safety inspection should the landlord fail to provide the relevant certificates.
We wish to advise you that the company has a complaints procedure, details of which will be supplied on request. All complaints should be submitted to Mrs J Pendered at the company's address. If we are unable to agree how to resolve your complaint, then you can take your complaint to an Independent Redress Provider.

I had been a tenant for nearly 2 years with Martin Pendered and I had the best experience with them. The team were responsive on any issues that arised with the property. Every phone call was followed up with dates and times. Judith was amazing. She had the time to go through everything with me when I had personal issues, aliased with the landlord, and nothing was to much for her. I was sad to move but unfortunately the home wasn't big enough for us. But I would recommend them 100%. A letting agency that I would 100% go back to.

Be aware of this agency after 18 months of tenancy we are lucky to move out still waiting for out deposit, case is now logged with Tds we also opened case on social media because there isn't just us that they try to charge for things that they shouldn't also if you have fault on any equipment you gonna wait for months to get things fixed we had to live with no extractor fan which triggers fire alarm everytime when we tried to cook for almost 8 months we had rats in attic for over 6 months where in the end they are accusing us up on having flea in the house which generate cost of 200 to clean with no evidence or relevant paperwork to prove so, house was left spotless we cleaned it all through out but still there is another 150 charge for cleaning the property BE AWARE!
