Further to recent changes, we are working and contactable as normal on 01933 663311, in the office and via e-mail if you have any queries whatsoever. We have taken advice from professional bodies and formulated procedures to enable us to ensure our staff are safe in our office and when working outside it, so that we can conduct viewings and market appraisal appointments where necessary.Our office may be visited in person to drop off documents, keys etc or for short duration conversations to allow staff members to continue to work in the suitably effective and protected environment we have created.

Fantastic letting agent. Friendly and professional - fair to the tenant and landlord it seems. They are great communicators and get good contractors round ASAP if there is a problem (and the landlord allows!) They even helped me with buying a new house (with a different agent) and there was some flexibility in the check out too when I moved out. Lovely team, would happily recommend them to you.

Over the last few years I have bought from Matthew Nicholas, they have managed a rental property for me and I have sold through them so I've had experience of most of their services and I can't fault any of them. In fact, I'm not sure why I've left it until now to leave a review! Nick is absolutely invaluable - not only is he incredibly knowledgeable but he's also very responsive and friendly.
I've always felt I can trust what he says and he won't sugar coat things (something that's rare for an estate agent). The rental management team were always very professional, timely and well informed. We then dealt mainly with Paul when selling and he was amazing. He was great at getting feedback from viewers and then, once we had agreed an offer, he pushed through the sale very quickly with frequent and helpful updates.
I can't recommend the team at Matthew Nicholas enough! Having dealt with quite a few other agents, I can definitely say that these guys stand out and give agents a good name again!

We are a retired couple who had sold our house in Greater Manchester and were looking to purchase in Northampton area to be near our son and came across Mathew Nicholas estate agents who helped us in taking on the responsibility of sorting out all issues arising in the selling/buying chain and kept us fully informed of the status of the sales; far more so than our Estate Agent and our Solicitor. Nick was professional and personal at all times as were all the team, and how personable Paul the manager was who went on viewings with us, even though we were not their client. Alas our sale fell through when our buyer pulled out of the purchase, we only wished Nick had been our estate agent and this might have not happened, we received weekly calls to update us on progress from Nick even if just to say nothing had changed and where we were up to as our estate agent did nothing after the Memorandum of Sale had been issued. If you are buying or selling please use this company the best I have used in 47 years of buying and selling houses.

Matthew Nicholas the best estate agents i have ever used. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service we recieved from Nick and the whole team. A seemless service from start to finish Nick kept me informed every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble and most importantly getting the purchase complete within the no stamp duty window. 3 people in the Chain and the purchase went through within 10 weeks without Nick I am not sure it would of done so very grateful for his hard work going above and beyond to make it a stressfree experience!

I recently sold my home and purchased a new home in Wollaston. Mathew Nicholas were the agents for the home i was purchasing. I have to say i was amazed at how professional and personal Mathew Nicholas were as a team, and how personable Paul the manager was, even though i was not even there client. I wished i had used them to sell my home. They made buying very easy and pleasant during a stressful time. I have recommended them to my family member who is now selling their home. Will definitely be my go to agents for the future.
