Have recently sold my property and purchased a new build through SBK. From start to finish, the service I received was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The sales particulars, photos, maps and floor plans of my home were first class and SBK accompanied potential buyers on every visit, I was kept informed on the progress at all times and everything went to plan with a sale being agreed in less than a month. We recently sold and purchased a property with SBK. From the first meeting until completion I could not fault their work ethic. Every step we where updated with a professional manner. We didn't have a solicitor so they recommended Hana at Setfords. She was brilliant ensuring everything was ready for exchanging and then completion. Standout excellent service from start to finish from Phil and Peter for both the sale of our property and supporting our buyers purchase during a demanding lockdown period. We recently used SBK Property Consultants Ltd to sell our house. SBK were incredibly efficient, and the property was sold extremely quickly. The marketing was of a very high quality with carefully framed, professional looking, shots of the house.
