From our first contact we were helped all the way to completion the assessor explained everything to us including the costs the office manager, Wendy, was there for us anytime, it felt like she must live in the office never seemed to have time off. We had very few issues, not of which were down to them, but they were solved with speed efficiency and a smile.

I've used Sinclair twice in 18 months, firstly because Pete gives a realistic selling expectation on price compared to the other companies who came to appraise. Secondly, Wendy was brilliant at communicating promptly and following up all viewings. There was lots of support during negotiations and throughout the conveyance process. From valuation through to completion Pete, Wendy and the team were all so friendly, helpful and approachable. We had a lengthy sale due to a long chain but Wendy was always so proactive with helping push the sale through. Many of our viewers said how helpful and friendly Wendy was and we totally agree.
