My son rented a flat (his first flat) via Joe and has had many issues, including poor water pressure, leaks, DANGEROUS wiring. All of which have had to be dealt with over several calls to the office. Now that he has moved on they have decided he has to pay fees which were not explained in his contract, did not renew his contract month by month after its initial expiry, thus tying him in again when the contract states otherwise and have now decided he needs to pay for plumbing work for an imaginary blockage in HIS flat when my husband, a plumber has already checked and we KNOW the blockage is lower down in one of the other flats! Since he gave notice, Joe has been unprofessional and difficult to deal with. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Joe was unfriendly and unhelpful. Rude and opinionated. Didn't even bother to offer alternatives. Uptight!
