She was excellent, polite and patient giving plenty of time to view without any hint of trying to hurry us. We then dealt with Ian Johnson from pitching an initial offer through to the collecting of the keys. Ian is a gentleman. Ian recently handled the sale of mother's house for me. The situation was not easy but Ian was supportive and professional throughout. I should add that the sale happened at break-neck speed.
