Richard Locke was my point of contact, and I found him easy to talk to, and more than anything he really listened to what ever I was asking and answered my questions with clear concise answers. We bought our first property with Stanbra Powell and I'm extremely pleased about it. The property they marketed was in good condition and properly advertised. Adam was clear and extremely helpful from the property viewing until the keys handover. I believe the key to a great service is in the small details and Adam did just that when he handed me also a small surprise apart from the property keys. Would definitely recommend using.

I just bought a property from stanbra powell. Richard was an exceptional estate agent and a credit to the firm. He went above and beyond what I'd of expected an estate agent to do and also kept me in the loop with what was happening with the sellers solicitor. We used Martin Upton and he was the best agent we could have hoped for. He worked 10 times harder than any other agent in our chain (he wasn't our own agent) and was instrumental in getting us moved in, in our required time frame. He has a lovely calm demeanour, whilst also being ferociously driven and organised and without the cliche sales agent tactics. I would use him again without thinking and I am very grateful for all his exceptional hard work.
