I have amended this review (up from 1 star). We had issues with parts of the deposit being withheld which I feel, was in part due to poor communications from John Roberts and Co. However, they resolved the issues and most of the deposit was returned. It feels a little harsh to give 3 stars but had the comms had been better, I probably would have upped it.
