We've had a great experience. I had communication with Catherine, Samantha, Clare and Mary. All were great. They would reply writing 24hrs and try their best to help with every query.

We met Catherine who was very thorough and professional. We have dealt with a few estate agents but James agency has so far been so professional, courteous and swift that we would highly recommend

James Estate Agents proved to be a very professional firm with a knowledgeable, friendly team in place to deal with our sale. We were kept updated regarding viewings and feedback. It is difficult to rate an estate agent because there are so many variables when it comes to buying or renting a property, variables often outside the estate agents control. I would say that James did a great job at the beginning of our journey purchasing a property. They were knowledgable, answered all our questions. If they didn't know the answers, they would seek them out.

They were also quite prompt when dealing with the early stages of the sale, such as sending letters and filling out forms. During the middle of the process, there wasn't much communication regarding the sale. We continuously had to ask them for updates. There may not have been anything worthwhile to tell us but we preferred to be kept in the loop rather than left in the dark.

Final stage of the sale happened very fast! We managed to get the moving in date we wanted, thanks in part to the estate agent. On our moving day, they gave us a bottle of wine and a card, which was a lovely gesture. Overall I think James Estate Agents is a very good company and we are pleased with their service and the property we purchased.

We were very happy with the service we received from Catherine, Samantha and Mary, when buying a house in Croxley Green. They got it over the line for us in a very short space of time, meaning we met the stamp duty deadline. Very communicative / responsive.

I originally bought my house via James 15 years ago and they were so helpful and professional I only ever considered them for the sale again all these years later. Consistent over all that time they have the same professional staff, giving the exact same high quality service and help from start to finish. Rented for five years with James Estate as the managing agents. Always a pleasure to deal with and problems/issues were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Communication was warm and friendly and in particular Sam Marsh in the lettings team was a pleasure to deal with. Estate agents often get a bad name but they are one of the good guys - would not hesitate to recommend and would deal with them again without hesitation.
