We have just bought a house through Sumner Pridham and could not fault their service. Everything was professional and efficient; from the first viewing with Martin to Tina, Sue and Patsy in the office being so helpful on the phone. Tina was fantastic throughout, from submitting our offer until exchange. She chased the whole chain to ensure everything moved as quickly as possible and was always so friendly and patient. Having bought through Sumner Pridham and had valuations done I can only say how fantastic they are. We suffered from lots of issues during the purchase but nothing was a problem and Martin was on hand to iron any problems out quickly and smoothly. More of a small family business rather than the stereotypical unscrupulous estate agent. Highly recommended.

Quite simply faultless. From beginning to end you and your sale are a priority. If you have questions they are answered, if your buyer has questions they are forwarded -immediately, absolutely no messing about. Everyone in the office knows what's going on, it's hands down the smoothest Estate Agency relationship I/we have ever encountered- and the fastest sale too! Have used him twice. The last sale had a few complications - all handled with a smile and with complete professionalism. Martin's knowledge of the local area and his ability to sell a property proved invaluable - managing to secure a genuine offer at the asking price with 48hrs of going to market! We couldn't recommend Sumner Pridham more. Martin gave us an extremely personal, devoted service. His advice was excellent throughout and the house was sold in just over 3 weeks. It was a difficult task for us as it was our late father's house and our family home but he made the process so smooth and was very sympathetic to our situation. A truly personal service.
