I live in let/managed by 'Edward Taub & Co' property in Loughton for last 2 years. No problems found.

I've been renting a property from Edward Taub for a few months now and so far I can't complain about this company. They're responsiveness and efficiency is impressive. With previous tenancies I've felt like the estate agents only cared about getting tenants and after signing a contract they stop listening. Thankfully the agents at this agency have always been incredibly helpful. I've had the pleasure of corresponding with Gill, Sophie and Mihaela who have been great at handling any issues. So far so good!

Gill helped me find my apartment and I've loved it ever since been 4 years and counting. She was even more amazing finding a down size apartment for my parents with a quick tune around. if you need a property in the area definitely ask for Gill

I rented from them left the flat in perfect order, even repainted it (the same clolour) seem cleaned the carpet. It was left in perfect state. They took 500 from my deposit. One of the charges was the way a slight bit of dust on the skirting board do a 100 was taken to get a professional cleaner in so on

I am moving to my new home tomorrow. Thanks to Gill and Sophie who made it happens. Their services have been professional and refreshing from those estate agents who left bitter taste in me. Genuine and pragmatic people, happy to assist and provided professional direction throughout the viewing and referencing stages. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or rent in the area they serve and you would find a friendly and professional services that is quite hardly found in today's estate agenting. No matter what the inquiry or need, the team at Edward Taub are always professional and on point. I read some horrid reviews, and they are simply not true. I have had dealings with John Bray himself and he goes out of his way. I also own a business and if the slightest thing doesn't go someones way as it is in the terms and conditions, people reject the whole process and all the effort put in. Please don't hesitate to use these guys, they are amazing!

I have dealt with the company for a couple of years regarding both lettings and sales. John and his team have great local knowledge of the areas in which they work, are super efficient and also very pro-active. Great service from a great company and highly recommended.

By far the worst estate agents I've ever come across. They will give you a dirty house, will not get stuff done during the tenure of your stay, then in the end blame you for defects you didn't create. I'd recommend you to not just put everything in emails but take photos and also record your conversations with them. They will definitely gamble on the deposit.

We got the property professionally clean. And they pinned defects on us that already existed before we moved in. The garden was in tatters, we told them this is how we will leave it but no, they wanted us to leave it like a perfect looking garden. We even had photos but they point blank refused and took money from our deposit! They are very unprofessional.

The moment you sign the contract their attitude will totally change. Especially the lady who deals with contracts is very ill mannered and rude. They will tell you 'landlord said this or that' while all this time they will be the ones making decisions. Make sure you fight for your deposit right till the end.

Amazing estate agents the best I have ever experienced! Fantastic response throughout the process from finding the property to moving in. Such helpful staff Mel and Gill kept me updated on all progress on the property and dealt with anything that needed doing promptly and efficiently. We decided to sell our house in August 2019, We had 3 agents round and decided to go with Edward Taub. The house went on the market early September and we had an acceptable offer within 2 weeks. James has been fantastic throughout the marketing and sale progression pushing the whole chain and keeping us updated. We would 100% recommend Edward Taub to anyone. Great agent.
