My partner and I rented a flat from Homes & Co for over 8 1/2 years. Sean & Lisa provided professional, friendly and efficient service throughout all this time. Queries and issues were always addressed quickly, and any broken appliances timely replaced. The property was inspected regularly and safety checks were carried out. Sean & Lisa have been a pleasure to deal with and we're grateful to them for making our stay in the flat so smooth & enjoyable! Highly recommended!

Have been a landlord with Homes & co for past 13 years and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this agency. Sean has been professional, responsive and honest at all times. From selecting tenants to arranging works at the property he has looked after everything while keeping me fully informed. Agents generally get a bad rap, but I can only speak as I find and this company is top drawer.

Most definitely the best estate agents I've ever had in London! Having rented in London for 7 years and moved around about 7 times - Homes & Co are definitely the most professional, diligent and caring agents we've used. The team were always at hand to answer any queries, fix any problems and respond in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for better property managers and as a tenant, they treated us so well!

I only wish more estate agents were more like Sean and Michelle! I am sad to be leaving South Woodford as now I will have to try and find suitable replacements which will definitely be very hard! Thanks for everything both - you are truly a tenant and landlords dream!

From the start of our tenancy we have found Homes & Co to be highly efficient, organised and basically providing excellent value for money in renting a flat. They ensured the flat was thoroughly cleaned and decorated before we moved in. Gas, boiler and appliance checks are made regularly. Whenever anything has needed mending or looking at, Michelle has been wonderful and swift in replying to emails and organising a visit from a plumber for example, or providing good advice when needed.

We have rented our flat with Homes & Co for over three years now, and it has been the best experience, by far, that we have had with letting agents (and we have rented several places in the past, and with varying experiences, unfortunately including some fairly bad ones!). Homes & Co have been fantastic from day one. I first spoke with Michelle over the phone who answered all my questions and arranged a flat viewing for me with Sean. Soon after I then met Sean who not only showed me the flat I requested to see but also another that was also available nearby so I could compare. I expressed interest in the flat and Sean got things going very quickly and kept me informed.

The application process was made very easy by Michelle and this was completed with minimal effort required on my part. Any problems in the flat have been sorted by Homes & Co quickly and efficiently. They handle all communication with the landlord and arrange all plumber/contractor call outs where appropriate. During the flat inspections the agent who visits is very helpful with a variety of things including reminding me what rights I have as a tenant in case there was a problem with my landlord (which I have not needed to exercise). I can't really say a bad word about the experience. I've used Homes & Co for about five years (maybe more?!), and they've always been very quick to respond to issues/emails, really reliable service (more reliable than I am to them). It makes a big difference when you have a busy life and you know that your property is in good hands. Thanks especially to Michelle.

We have rented through Homes and Co for about 18 months and they've been great. We got our flat incredibly quickly with no problems, and they are always quick to resolve any issues and have things fixed/replaced quickly. We also signed for another two years with them and they certainly don't charge through the nose! Would definitely recommend!
