At Tuffin & Wren we specialise in the sale, letting and management of residential property but we appreciate that it's not just about bricks & mortar. We understand that you might not be just selling or letting a property, you could be moving home, as well as jobs, your children's schools or even leaving the country!.
On a 12 month Let Only letting of 1,500 per month, our total commission fees would be 1800 + Vat (2160 inc Vat). On a 12 month Let & Rent Collection letting of 1,500 per month, our total commission fees would be 1980 + Vat (2376 inc Vat). On a 12 month Let & Managed letting of 1,500 per month, our total commission would be 2700 + Vat (3240 inc Vat).

We have recently bought a house through the Hanwell branch of Tuffin and Wren estate agents. I sold my property via the Hanwell branch of Tuffin and Wren in 2018/19. The Sales Manager, Debra Harridge & Suzanne Meredith were responsible for the sale and she was supportive and helpful throughout, despite it not being a straight forward sale (nothing to do with Tuffin and Wren). Debra priced the property reasonably, found two buyers and the competition between the two ended up getting an asking price offer.
The offer was validated and the buyer went through with the sale, despite having to wait due to some issues with the property. The cost seems very reasonable compared to competitors (1.25%) and overall I was very happy with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone selling in the Hanwell area.

We recently purchased our first property via Tuffin & Wren. After going through extremely unpleasant agency experiences (Dexter Acton) we had completely lost confidence in professionalism of Estate Agents. However, when we connected with Tuffin & Wren - it was the best experience, their service is exceptionally good, highly communicative, prompt reply to queries, full support throughout the process of sale/purchase.

Highly Recommended! My experience dealing with Debra has been extremely smooth. She is highly motivate and proactive professional. The thing I admired about her is that she is a problem solver. We had given up on our buy when our sale fell apart as the buyers pulled out at the last minute. The property we were interested was taken off the market. But Debra never gave up and persevered. Highly Recommended! Debra and the team and Tuffin & Wren did an excellent job selling our house. We got an offer above the asking price and exchanged just 3 weeks after we accepted the offer! You can't ask for more than that. After dealing with a couple of estate agents in the area Tuffin & Wren proved to be a league above. Although our experience with small local estate agents has not been good, the team at Tuffin & Wren proved that there really is no need to pay the crazy fees and lengthy contracts that the big high street chains demand.
