I was recommended to use Village Properties as the agents to use to sell my house. Dealing with VP was an absolute pleasure and the whole team worked tirelessly to get us across the line. The sales team got the house sold within two weeks, and totally controlled the process and negotiations. We were then dealing with the post sale team led by Sarahjane who was absolutely amazing and I could not have asked more of her.

Everybody involved in the house sale were great. Village properties were prepared to take on a house that had an unusual situation and despite numerous setbacks were supportive and went out of their way on many occasions to assist me.

We are absolutely disappointed in the agency. Awful service when the agency let owners and buyers down rushing for the first good deal. We went to view a house on Saturday (which was Easter holiday), absolutely loved it! we were getting our papers ready for Tuesday, as Monday was a bank holiday as well. We also sent an email to the agent letting them know about our upcoming very reasonable offer (above the guide price!) they didn't even share it with the owner, however we were first time buyers with no chain and good amount of money in cash.

They let the owner accept the first good offer and sold the property the same day. A good agency would never sell a house with a great potential that quickly. They would wait for better deals at least for a few days. We are gutted, because we were ready to negotiate! Owners would get more and we would get a perfect house we dreamed of! Never using the agency again, they neglect people and great offers and only work for their own profits!

Recently had my house valued by Village Properties and from the first phone call, registering my details, to the agent coming out, it was a quick and efficient process, along with great knowledge from the agent himself. Would just like to say what a pleasure it was using Village Properties. They have been a 10/10 service from start to finish. Having been let down by other estate agents in the past, I decided to try Village Properties and they did not disappoint. From taking down my details to constantly keeping me up to date on the latest properties in my area which suited my wants and then going on to find me the perfect property. Avoid Village Properties at all costs! The service from the Village Properties Sales Team is absolutely horrible! Village Properties was very quick to reject the offer in 30 min with email communication. they give you false hopes of buying process. I completely understand that it's not entirely up to the agency for rejection or acceptance but in this case they were to blame as they kept my last offer for nearly one month, and then said, I will be the first one to receive call from agency, if any response comes from Owner.

I did not get any rejection call or email. when I chased village properties then found that property status is SOLD STC.I had experience with Haslam in the past and they were very very professional and kept transparency with buyers. If you are a serious buyer then avoid Village property and save your valuable time. you wont get anything apart from weird excuses from this Agency.

Have to say, they were the best and hardest working team, polite, knowledgeable of the area, incredibly quick veiwings and sale of my late parents house. We had alot of chasing Solicitors, and were always quick to help and or reply to email questions or phone calls. Well happy with their sevice.

I have nothing bad to say about my experience using Village Properties. Up front, open and honest. Worked really hard with a difficult transaction and kept me fully informed throughout. I also used the solicitor recommended by the VP team, who was also excellent. Thanks to all the team for making the stressful process of house selling and buying a lot easier.

A positive experience after living in the same house since 1986 so nervous of how selling a house has changed. James visited put the house on the market and within a week it was sold to a First Time Buyer who completed within 2 months so a very painless exercise. I was kept informed of what was happening and the recommended conveyancer was thorough and a good price.

Riccardo was friendly and very professional. However my main contact was Sarahjane who was brilliant all the way through. I recently bought a property in Calcot with Village Properties. I was amazed with the quality of service and it was really refreshing to interact with an agent who truly cares about their clients. When James Fletcher (Valuation Manager) visited our home, he was extremely respectful and professional in his approach.
