Wheatley estates were fantastic from start to finish with my property purchase. Many thanks to David and his team who sold us our bungalow in Garsington 11 years ago, managed it when we rented it out to tenants and then sold it - completed today. David has gone way beyond the call of duty and been friendly and helpful throughout - even going out with an electric drill to fix a curtain pole when we couldn't get there to sort it.
He has excellent local knowledge if you want anyone to do work on your house. The team in the office have always been very courteous and pleasant too. We definitely recommend Wheatley Estates. Thank you for brilliant service.

A local agency I highly recommend. I rented 2 flats in Wheatley with them for 5 years and it was a smooth and trouble-free experience. Properties they offer are of good standard, well-kept and in perfect working order, with no hidden problems. A nice family-like atmosphere of a small company, quick reaction times to any questions and problems, and a fair approach to inventory checks are the areas in which Wheatley Estates excels in comparison to other agencies, especially the bigger Oxford-based ones. If I were to rent in Wheatley again, I would definitely consider Wheatley Estates over any other agencies in the area.

As executor to a will I was left with the unenviable task of selling the property of the deceased. I decided to sell the property using the services of David Martell at Wheatley Estates. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and honesty from the start and throughout the sale of the property. There were difficulties and hold ups within the chain which was frustrating but David was the catalyst which finally saw completion of the sale. David has an outstanding knowledge of the housing market and is particularly good in identifying potential upgrades to houses or suitable internal modifications. His team are professional, friendly and responsive. Although we decided to withdraw our property from the market, David attended to all our questions promptly and the process was smooth. I would have no hesitation in recommending David and his team to anyone selling.

We had a great experience buying a house marketed through Wheatley estates. David was endlessly helpful through what proved to be quite a complicated purchase. His tact and honesty through the process made us feel like we knew what was going on at all times and it felt like he genuinely had both the vendors and our interests in mind. To my mind a good estate agent is part negotiator and part mediator and Wheatley Estates fulfilled that role perfectly.
