Andrew started his career in Estate Agency in 1990 and has always worked in the Surrey area. He joined Williams Harlow in 2000 and since then has progressed to the position of Managing Director. His varied roles include property valuations for sale, rental and probate. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the local market and is familiar with a wide range of property types ranging from large detached residences of character to small apartments and houses.Steve joined Williams Harlow in 2009 and during this time has progressed to the position of Sales Manager on our Banstead Office.

The location of this flat is excellent being within walking distance of Sutton town centre and Train Station. Lettings Report

The holding deposit is one week's rent. Once this has been received all further viewings shall be suspended and references applied for. These monies must be received in cleared funds before the keys will be released to the proposed tenant. These monies will be outlined and explained to the tenant at the point of completing the property holding form.
