I bought my house on Harrow on the Hill through Wilson Hawkins 17 years ago, and have just sold it using them. Stuart was involved in both transactions! They did a great job again, keeping things moving forward and liaising between us and the buyers in a reassuring way. Stuart and Jason are a really good team and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Whats important when you are selling your home? Having an estate agent that works with you the owner and the buyer, treating both sides as partners working towards the same goal. The Wilson Hawkins team gave me clear and thought through advise at every stage of the process. From valuing my property in a way that would entice serious interest to managing the end-to-end sales process, the Wilson Hawkins team had it covered. Letting me to get on and find my next home.

These people are a complete joke. They let our flats rot over a period of 15 years. They have no interest in anything except making money for themselves from property. They poured our money down the drain and now it's going to take tens of thousands of pounds to correct the damage they let happen. Despicable and unaccountable to anyone.

No provision of monthly accounts until repeated requests. No accountability, mishandling of account and allowing tenant too much latitude in payments. Follow up is bad and it is near impossible to get in touch with senior management to complain or have matters rectified. A very sad state of affairs, especially as I have been a customer for years and remember a much better set up.

Completely out of touch with the internet as a sales tool and with email for communication. OK if you plan to sell to someone walking through their door, who doesn't use the web. Poor comms, weak particulars, very slow to advertise on the web (6 months to get onto Right Move). Wasted a lot of my time and energy.
