Grey & Co have been a great estate agent. In particular Carina Wesley, my property manager. She has been so incredibly lovely and for the very few issues I've had at the property, she has always acted on it at her earliest convenience, nothing is too much for her. It's evident, she genuinely cares for the tenants she looks after and will always go above and beyond to make sure their needs are met and they're comfortable and happy.

She always checks in to see how my little girl and I are, and it's that personal touch that makes Grey&Co stand out from the others. Thanks to Carina and the team. You've been great x

I found Grey & Co staff to be very helpful, professional, friendly and approachable. My mum rents a flat through them, and as with any flats there have been some problems. I found myself calling/texting on numerous occasions (especially recently) and I always received a prompt response pretty much on the same day. My main point of contact was Carina and she had been on the case pretty much every time my mum needed some work done at the flat etc.

Any problems were dealt with and rectified in a swift manner. I would certainly recommend to use Grey & Co. They certainly look after their tenants. Thank you Carina and Abigail.

We have been a customer of Grey & Co since 2012 and we must say all the staff are very professional and cooperative; especially when taking care of their fellow customers, sometimes just beyond the expectations. Whenever you have any problems the staff always do their best to resolve it as nicely as they can with minimum time frame. I have recently been experiencing with, Mr Shakeel, maintenance manager who is extremely helpful person, he helped us in our queries and resolved the issues in a record time. My first experience with Grey & Co was back in 2010 when I dealt with Philip Grey. He was exceptional at negotiating between myself and the seller and I was able to buy my first home. Subsequently I have purchased several buy to lets through other agents and have had some horrible experiences so I always come back to Grey & Co to manage my properties so I don't have to worry about anything as their team are on the case and on the ball.

Their client communication is top notch, which is always a bug bear of mine with other agents I have dealt with, if they say they will call you back then they do. I can highly recommend all of the team I have dealt with and one thing that stands out is that they will only recommend tenants that they would rent their own properties out to.
