I recently bought and sold through Irving & Sons. Clare Wright dealt with the sale of my house, and managed to secure a buyer within the first week. She was always enthusiastic and very professional and kept me updated with feedback after each viewing. Nolan Irving dealt with the purchase of the bungalow and again we had excellent service. We used their recommended solicitor which made it easier. If you are looking for a local, honest and trustworthy estate agent I would recommend Irving & Sons. My step son also rents through them and Jess was amazing.
