Non-disclosure of material facts affecting my purchase. In March, I completed on a property sold by Hearnes as part of a development in Boscombe. Unfortunately, there were issues with the building, which Hearnes was aware of before I exchanged but did not disclose the information. I would have delayed the exchange if they had done so until the issues were put right.
Now that I have completed, the developer is unresponsive (at best), and the issues remain. This is very concerning and disappointing from an agent I would expect better from and not undertake sharp practice to get the deal over the line.

I have been really happy with the service I have received from Hearnes. Dan and Juliet were very proactive in finding potential clients and moving things along to the point of sale. NEVER BELIEVE IN HEARNES' WORD! They never keep their word in any matter, from confirmation for viewing to acceptance of offer, their word is a total joke, as admitted by their Sales Manager over the phone. We put an offer for a property, they confirmed our financial situation with our financial advisor, they confirmed our strong position and finally fully CONFIRMED US THAT OUR OFFER WAS ACCEPTED, that happens on Saturday afternoon, on Monday evening (2 days later) they changed their word completely admitting that their word is totally worthless, as THEIR CLIENTS DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THEIR VENDORS at their back. Excuses or not! This people are a fool, If you are seriously planning to buy any property, stay away from Hearnes and find a real professional, ethical and serious local estate agent.

I recently sold a flat through Hearnes (Bournemouth branch) and despite the complications and challenges of trying to sell in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, Hearnes made the process very easy and pain free. The level of service provided by Matt is exceptional, far above and beyond expectations. I purchased the flat originally through Matt at Hearnes in 2016 so I had no hesitation calling him back this time around. He is the most reliable, honest and helpful estate agent I have ever dealt with, and he has a brilliant team behind him in the Bournemouth branch. Highly recommended :-)

Hearnes were excellent during our search for a new home in the Bournemouth & Poole area. James Evans in particular ensured our specific requirements were upper most when presenting properties for us to consider. Additionally, he skillfully managed us through the process from offer to exchange, which from start to finish took just 4 weeks! An excellent service that was delivered in a friendly and professional way - highly recommended and we would definately use them again for our future property needs.

Hearnes Bournemouth recently sold our house and I could not fault them, compared to so many agents I have dealt with Hearnes have been by far the most efficient and professional. They went over and above in every way possible and made sure communication was consistent. Not only that they have been excellent in helping us find our next home.
