The staff is amazing, extremely professional and very helpful, I would rate them all a 5! However if you are looking for attention to detail in a new build, this is NOT it. I have been in my home for 3 weeks officially and the list of issues keeps growing. I have purchased several new builds and this is the most disappointing so far due to the list of issues.
