I had my property on the market for 2 years, with two different estate agents; both let me down in every way. I had lost all hope, and could not see what was wrong with my property. Until, in January 2022, I decided to try R A BENNETT, this was my last ditch attempt to sell. They were incredible, very approachable and upbeat, they decided that an open day would be a good way of gauging how it will be received by the people who came to view; this was all done at very short notice.

After that event, I had received 7 great offers, fantastic! Within a couple of days my house was taken off the market after accepting an offer that was favourable. I can only speak very highly of the team at R A BENNETT; they will give you the right advice and assist you all the way.

We have just completed on the purchase of a house in Chletenham which was sold through R A Bennett Estate Agents. This was quite a complicated purchase due to background circumstances and we doubt that we would have reached the finishing line without the help and support of Kristina, the branch manager. We dealt with her throughout the process which took nearly 5 months and she was outstanding throughout.

There were numerous difficulties to overcome but Kristina communicated with us at every stage and helped to steer everything forwards when it looked like things might grind to a halt. As potential buyers, we viewed a couple of properties with RA Bennett in Cheltenham. The member of staff who showed us around the property definitely knew the property very well and was very informative. Recently we viewed a property with Sophie. She led us in the house tour, opened up the wardrobes and cupboards, and talked us though during the viewing.

We can definitely see her passion and love to the property she showed us. She then passed our concerns and feedback onto the vendor, and then forwarded the vendor's answers to us within 24 hours.
