We purchased our lovely Cotswolds cottage in Blockley through Holmans estate agents and we were so impressed by the whole team throughout the entire process of the purchase. We recently sold our house in Moreton in Marsh and used Holmans for the sale. The whole team are just brilliant, warm friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. From the very first phone call to completion nothing was to much trouble. They sold our house in days and work with both parties solicitors to ensure things went very smoothly. Excellent team delivering great customer service. We had the choice of all the agents in the area to sell our two cottages in Stow on the Wold. We decided upon Holmans after meeting Roger Holman at the properties. Only a few days after agreeing on the sales prices the team had multiple viewings lined up. In the end we had a significant number of viewings and several offers.
Both cottages went at the upper level of our expected price range and very speedily. I found the whole teal at Holmans friendly but also efficient. At all times in the process we were consulted and informed. I would unreservedly recommend Holmans for any property sale or purchase in the Cotswolds.

We were so impressed with the staff at Holman's. They went out of their way in supporting us in buying their client's home and kept their finger on the pulse through the whole process. We were kept up to date about the ups and downs of the chain, and they were also pro active in chasing up the agents involved with our sale. Even after completion and us moving in, they happily assisted us with a couple of queries we had. They were efficient and always courteous. Compared to the agents handling the sale of our home they were just great!
