Absolute legends. Undoubtedly the best letting agency in Huddersfield. Their pleasant correspondance and personal touch is complimented by an earnest care, which they use to quickly action any issues raised in their accommodations. Go with these guys - given how Huddersfield is going, they are a beacon of hope and goodwill - and I never leave reviews unless I feel the need to. Nothing but excellent experiences and consistent care from Earnshaw Kay.

Value Please if you value your health and finances don't touch this company with a bargepole. Poor, unprofessional and unwilling to address mould. Especially during a pandemic. Livied in a property of theirs for less than 12 months and there unwilling to accept responsibility for mould and unwilling to fix any issues. Max there director is rude and unwilling to answer any emails or messages.
Please look at other estate agents that will actually address any issues you might have. If I could give this company minus stars I would! I wouldn't rent nor buy a property from this company ever again.

Okay i'll just write what happened to me so you can decide for yourself. We booked the aprtments after viewing it and evrything was ageed upon we signed the pre-contract details and later on after leading us on for a month they said we dont have a income source since we are students and our parents are paying for everything which is why we agreed on paying in advance for every 3 months on top of deposit which is what was told to us before but later on they emailed not even calling saying the landlord has changed his mind and we are not allowed to talk to him, so just go away and we lost all our other option elsewhere since we decided to go with them. So yeah im not saying to avaid them but dont make this your only option but yeah what can you do(insert shrug emoji*)

We had a viewing booked for 4pm, we both took half day off work, we drove for more than half an hour and sat in traffic to get there. When arrived we called them up saying we have arrived and an agent said that she can't get hold with landlord nor her colleagues that was supposed to show us around. What a rubbish service. If you're an estate agent, your job is to make sure someone is there to show property and make a deal. Not waste peoples time. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have found Earnshaw Kay to be very efficient on the three times I've needed them. 1st of all i had an viewing of a property at 10am, they turned up at 10am. 2nd i phoned them up, they answered the phone and they answered the questions i had in an easy to understand but professional manner. 3rd and last i went into the Huddersfield office and found them friendly and easy to speak to

From previous experience in letting in Leeds I have never had a issue letting anywhere, I found that moving to Huddersfield everything is a lot different. Phone calls don't get answered and I have been literally lied to in a four month battle from hell with estate agents when all I wanted to do was speak with someone who could help. Everything changed with Earnshaw, I'm in the hospitality business so I know the impact and annoyance reviews can have on a business so I usually refrain from writing then, but honestly it was a breath of fresh air with these guys.
From the beginning they were so down to earth and honest with me and helped me, nothing was too much trouble and everything was so simple. I know some agents think letting as an inconvenience over buyers but this really wasn't the case, Jo is a huge asset to your team she deserves huge recognition for her customer service. So again thank you and I will always recommend you to anyone who is buying or letting in the future!

Absolutely appalling service. Staff pass information back and forth rather than give you a definitive answer to any questions in regards to properties. Never reply to emails, phone call and limited to correspond. Very unprofessional for an estate agents. Avoid at all costs, I can say I won't be using there services to let any property. If I'm honest had a lucky escape.
