Terrible estates agents, avoid using this company!! I have had numerous issues since renting a property under Adams Estates and there staff have been extremely unhelpful every single time. Not only was it impossible to get them to reply to me when I tried to contact them about issues but they kept dragging out the problem instead of trying to resolve it, specifically I was contacting them every week for nearly 4 months just to get them to investigate why they had charged me two security deposits of over £400 during my tenancy when it turned out it was actually the responsibility of my fellow tenant or their guarantor to pay the second fee not me. The second major issue I had with this estates agents is when there in-house maintenance team came round to tend to the garden. During their visit, the drivers door of my car got badly scratched so deep it went through the paintwork. After a so-called investigation of my car, which literally involved the man taking one picture of the scratch and that was it, the estates agents claimed it was clear that the scratch was the deliberate action of a third party clearing the result of foul play and they would not take any responsibility for it which was frankly ridiculous and unacceptable behaviour for a company which is supposed to support and act for their tenants

I have been very impressed and extremely satisfied with Adams Estates who have recently helped in securing two rental properties for my cousins whilst they are studying in Reading. In particular Younis who has gone above and beyond in helping us. He responds so quickly to any questions/queries we have and genuinely cares and can't do enough to help. He is a real credit to Adams Estates.

I rent house from Adams for past 2 years, I want move out and rent bigger house. Everything will be good but I recently changed my job so one of agent who was dealing with my case said that I need guarantor, unfortunately I don't have any so they decided no pass my case. I didn't though that change job gonna be a problem, also they decided to keep holding deposit also, i called and asked why, the answer was I no pass reference, but I provided everything and was ready to move, this time agency no pass my reference so it's not my foult.
One of agent said he gonna speak with manager and call me back (3 days later still no call), I called again lady answer she said she going to pass message to manager and call me back, today is Tuesday since Friday I no heard from them anything. After being loyal customer, I am very disappointed.

My rent was to go up in a few months and I was not going to be able to afford this. I spoke to the estate agent about this. They reassured me and they also spoke with the landlord on my behalf. Adam's estate were able to negotiate and bring my rent down. Am indeed grateful to them and will always give them a 5 star.for this and many more. Have been at reading for 12 months through adam estate let. Pros: comparatively little bit low price offered during extreme covid situations. Cons: wall painting had poor quality and vulnerable to scratch. Boiler frequently went down. They arranged some viewing without any noticing that made my family uncomfortable to some extent. That's all.

Adams Estates have been brilliant with helping prepare and find tenants for our properties. Taz especially has been really helpful and has taken a lot of pressure off of us and handled everything that we needed. They have always been responsive and communication has been great. The tenants have had all queries answered and dealt with promptly aswell. Would recommend to other landlords and tenants alike, will definitely continue to use them myself!

Adams estates provided me very good accommodation with reasonable cost and they are very user friendly while approached them. I was stayed there over 7 months on their Reading property and overall experience was very good and they given me very good package which includes all bills. And they given professional cleaning for every week on common areas so I felt house was very clean and neat. Finally super value for your money.

WOW! Adams suggested that we have poor ventilation in this house. Well. we don't! Thanks to our state of the art lighting and ventilation system. a chair holding up my blinds(?)! Have been broken since the day I moved in. (that was 4 months ago if you were wondering.) Customer service IS their number -1 priority.
