I have dealt with numerous staff at Oakwoods and the over riding feeling I get is that they genuinely care about you and your business. I only have one property managed by them but I am made to feel important and any issues with the property/tenant are dealt with promptly and efficiently. I feel very relaxed knowing they are across what can often be the complex world of letting out a property. Peace of mind is worth an awful lot.

The tenancy team are very unhelpful and rude. A tenant for three years, had my property manager changed with no notice whatsoever only found out once they had left. Then had multiple rude encounters with my new property manager. Even after leaving simple phone calls were answered rudely and incredibly unprofessional especially as the new property manager is someone we never even met.

No care whatever upon leaving. No follow ups given and no phone call to check the progress of our move and our needs (ie cleaners gardeners etc). Not present when handing keys back and when calling to arrange collection of post the property manager was extremely rude and dismissive as though we were no longer her issue. Told post was re diverted to new address, yet when calling to check the status of that it had been returned to sender.

We were blamed for poor the work by their own workmen during our tenancy and we're also initially billed for one sock being left in the property upon end of tenancy. Huge lack of communication with staff and lack of interest in the people paying for their services. Wouldn't return under any circumstance #jokewood

An excellent experience beginning to end. Although we experienced, (as many do it seems) a torrid relationship with our conveyancing company, Oakwood were not only sympathetic in acting for their client, they also actively pushed our solicitors to resolution. Would be happy to recommend for both purchasing and sale.

The team at Oakwood Homes are very friendly and professional at the same time. I have been a tenant with them for about a year or so, and in that time they have ensured that my requests have been fulfilled. Recently had carpets fitted to the property and received an excellent service. I have reported issues i.e. tap replacement and this was replaced within an appropriate time scale. Communication with Oakwood is excellent and I am confident that this will continue as long as I remain a tenant with them.
