I had a fantastic experience using Conran Brockley for the sale of our family home following the passing of my father. From the moment I met Guy Marsh, I knew we would be using Conran - he was professional, honest, sincere and empathetic. With all due respect to estate agents in general, Guy and his team are not the usual type. Fully trustworthy, they were offering very good advice, frequent updates on progress, and delivered on everything they promised. Having moved myself 5 times in the past, Conran were by the far the best I've ever dealt with.

Top bunch. My first sale fell through as a result of an international buy to let company getting nervous over UK investment and pulling out, I got a really sympathetic phone call rather than an email. And off to work they went again and found another buyer. More complications arose but Conran's went beyond the call of duty and got it over the line. Good work all round, well done Rob and the team.

I put an offer on a property that I loved but it wasn't accepted because my flat wasn't under offer, nor was it on the market, so time was of the essence - I didn't want to lose the property. I contacted Conran on 18th Jan, Rob (Lee Office Manager) came to my property and valued it on 21st Jan, the negotiators came round on 24th to get a feel of the flat, photos were taken on 25th and my property with photos and video went "live" on 26th Jan.
I had 12 viewings over that weekend, and I accepted an offer on 1st Feb - Conran sold my property within two weeks at a great price! Conran were speedy, proactive, personal and very professional. They understood the position I was in and did all what they could. The photos, video and write up did my flat proud, and I love the personal touch of adding my comments about the property. Conran were in constant contact with me, keeping me posted with any developments. The whole process was very smooth, and for me, it was effortless - all the hard work was done by Conran - thank you!

From the initial viewing of our property we knew Conran were the estate agents for us, they were so complimentary and confident in selling our home we knew we could trust them to deliver. I've sold with Conran twice now. I bought my first flat with Doug 25 years ago! I've also rented via them for a number of years. To be honest, working with them is like being with family - the nice part of the family that you look forward to meeting and always helps you out. I sort of regret selling and moving out of Greenwich because it means that I've no longer an excuse to talk to them. Really nice people. They really look after you and do their best by you. I wished they covered central London.

I would never consider renting out my property with Conran Estate agent or even recommending them in the future based on my current experience. I live next door to the property that they managed. I have requested for the tree cutting off the property as the size of the trees has put the house on risk. I have spoken the estate agent in person, via phone calls and emails and got no responses. It seems no one in the local branch cares about his or her tenants or property owners. They ignored issues of the properties.
