I have been with Mark Beaumont for a really long time. Since 2009 buying, renting out and now finally selling my last property. They have maintained a great working relationship through it all. It was really appreciated how well & fast my tenants needs were addressed; in light of the fact that I am and is an absentee landlord. Thank you Mark and team for all your help.

I have just sold my property in Hither Green through Mark Beaumont. I actually bought the flat from him in 2003 and was very satisfied then. 18 years later, his service remains exceptional. From start to completion, Mark has gone over and above in all aspects especially as I live abroad and Mark and his team have provided extra support on some tasks that I simply could not do myself. I would highly recommend our estate agent Mark Beaumont. We first came in contact with him, looking for a property in Hither Green. Immediately, the trust was established and we felt Mark was competent, knew his local market very well, was interested in getting us a home that we'll love. All of his suggestions were within budget, relevant to us and felt like good deals.

I particularly appreciated this as it saved us time looking at stuff that didn't meet our criteria or we couldn't afford. On the third viewing, we saw a flat that we eventually bought and moved into. As a first time buyer, I relied heavily on Mark's advice re the process and things that I needed to do. The communication was always clear, timely and relevant. once we moved in, I continued contacting Mark for advice on local handymen, cleaners etc. as didn't know the area at all. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience and i would definitely come back to Mark Beaumont should we look for a property in the future.

I recently used Mark to sell my property in Brockley and the service he provided was outstanding. No question was too trivial and the support and communication he offered throughout the entire process was fantastic.

We have dealt with Mark Beaumont a few times over the years. Mark has always been amazing. Its hard to find people you trust these days, but Mark is always frank and honest. He has been one of the best contacts we have made since moving to the UK. Mark and team are very hard working and nothing is ever too much trouble. I cannot recommend Mark enough.

Based on my experiences so far in the last 9 years of renting, I would rate them as the Best Letting agents. Right from my the start of my tenancy till I did check out, they were spot on. They provide you with an emergency number which can be reachable even at odd hours. We had a break-in when we were out on a holiday. They took the initiative of boarding the property and keeping the things in control. I promptly received my deposit back without any hassles/delays. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience! I viewed a property and paid a holding fee and then could not get a response, no returned calls or returned emailed, to confirm if i had managed to secure the property. After 9 days with no communication from this office I had to secure an alternative property with a proactive agency and have since been told by Mark Beaumont that I can not get my 200 back and have not been given as much as an apology for their poor customer service and lack of communication. interestingly enough I was only made aware of the fact the deposit was non refundable on the deposit receipt not before the money was taken.

As advised, I have emailed to enquire about their complaints procedure in order to take this forward and again have just been ignored. I would personally advise you to give this agent a wide berth as they have no idea about customer service.
