Hamilton Chase

I have been living in a building managed by Hamilton Chase for over two years now. A few months after moving in, rats appeared in the building. Since then, I have been consistently reporting every rat sighting in the building both on my own and through my landlord. The holes through which rats likely enter the building have not been repaired for many months. The agency has even stopped responding to reports, showing complete ignorance of the issue. Their professionalism is at zero level; I strongly do not recommend their services.

We chose to use Hamilton Chase for the sale of my mums property as Kevin did such a fabulous job when we were purchasing our house. We trusted him and felt comfortable with him. He was a massive support through the whole process and worked so hard for us. I’m really glad we chose him and would recommend Kevin and Hamilton Chase to anyone selling.
