Terrible estate agents. So unhelpful and genuinely felt like they didn't care. Viewed a property and showed alot of interest, made a call to make a 2nd viewing the day after was told I'd get a call back from Amelia and never heard. Sent an email that same evening asking some questions, still have never had a response to that. Eventually got the 2nd viewing booked and then when it came to the day I rang to confirm to be told it hadn't been confirmed with the vendor and that they would let us know when we could get booked in.

Left it a few days and as hadn't heard asked my partner to call up as I was fed up of getting nowhere, to be told that it's been sold. Such a shame that the service wasnt what it should have been and don't want to deal with Palmer Snell again.

We made the mistake of not talking things through when we put our house up for sale. A If we had done so we would have discovered we wanted different outcomes. I want to dowbsodownsize

Terrible. We put in asking price bid and were told we the highest bidder and then suddenly it's gone, no sealed bids etc. Insider trading? These guys have a line in dealing with builders etc beware. FCA need to investigate!

Palmer Snell Agency Bournemouth branch is good. Helpful, friendly and professional staff. Senior sell progressor Kerry is a bonus! We have amazing experience with her job with no a single complaint. Big honest thanks Kerry.

Adam, Tom, Amelia and Kerry along with anyone else in the office were excellent. They remained professional at all times despite some very disturbed contributing factors from a third party. They still managed to sell my property and I would definitely use them again.

After signing on with a local independent agent who had no time for late appointments, phone calls, or follow ups I gave these guys a go as Tom was my second choice. Knowing they work late and had an in house progress chaser, I decided it was worth the extra 600 in order to sell during the stamp duty holiday. Buyers came and went, solicitors were painfully slow and panic up and down the line set in for timely completion. Sadly though once a sale was agreed their once a week progress chase was not enough.

Yes it was mayhem during a pandemic though Adam was hopeless and made things up and Tom was too busy. Kelsey however was the unsung hero, even though it wasn't her job, she thankfully took the reigns, so gets five stars. I probably drove her mad but she diligently bent over backwards to help my inexperienced buyer with a cheap as chips cowboy solicitor push things through. She went above and beyond to the point of ringing round on her days off. So well done Kelsey, you brought up the stars for this branch.all on your own.

I purchased my first home with Palmer Snell and I couldn't have asked for a more straightforward and stress free process. Amelia looked after me from the initial viewing right the way through to completion. She was quick to respond to any queries I had and was very professional throughout. It's a daunting prospect buying your first home, but Amelia and the team at Palmer Snell couldn't have made it any easier and made it an overall positive experience from start to finish - very thankful and wouldn't hesitate to use Palmer Snell in the future!

I purchased my property from this agency which charged 40 a month per flat (from14 flats) this is for maintenance and grounds up keep. All we had was a Gardner come round in the summer to cut the grass! I went to them on several occasions to get damp sorted and so did other occupiers! Being an estate agent he thought he was a structural engineer and gave all excuses!

He got cowboy builders in to try and rectify the problem! They put a few air bricks in around the properties which did not rectify the problem! Father and son are both incompetent at running an estate agents! Whilst selling my property and having a cash buyer with no chain, the only hold up of the sale of my property was with this agent! But after phoning bullock and lees, they stated it was all in hand going through!

My solicitor when spoke to them had not heard from them in weeks! my property could of been sold so much sooner! Just be warned they are rip off merchants! DO NOT EVER USE THEM!

If your after an agent that lies and can't even do their job properly, then this is it! Unprofessional, delays, unable to fill in forms accurately. There isn't enough room to list their faults! It doesn't matter if you use the father or the son - both equally useless! When you mention the firm locally, everyone I speak to says they've either experienced similar or knows how bad they are.

Totally awful experience and I'd never EVER use them. I've had experience of renting through them and then buying another property through them. I wouldn't use them for ANYTHING! The only thing that concerns me is that they are still in business.
