I like the approach of this company, as it values the customer's opinion and does not force anything on them. Roger and Francis are patient, and always find time to explain everything to the customer. I would recommend Horton Knights to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

My Dad recently purchased a property through Horton Knights. We found them accommodating to his needs by arranging an out of hours viewing to suit my Dads work pattern. In touch throughout the process to keep us updated or to see if we had any updates for them. On the day of the completion, they allowed us to wait in their office for the keys to be released and presented my Dad with a new home gift. Overall no issues and would really consider recommending them to friends and family if I hear of anyone wanting to sell a property

After purchasing our home through Horton Knights we decided to sell the same with them after first using an online agent and the service being terrible. Horton knights took the property on and sold it within weeks. They are honest, reliable and nothing was too much trouble for them, they would return calls and help with anything and everything through the whole process. Recently purchased a property through Horton Knights. Found them to be very helpful. When I contacted them with a query, if Roger Chloe or Eithan didn't have the answer to hand they would contact the Vendors and call me back. Always friendly, they also handled the process very professionaly and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our experience with Horton Knights has been beyond expectations. We Havnt completed as yet but are aiming for next week. However, whatever happens we have absolutely no doubt that our hands will be held throughout and we will be taken care of. Chloe had been in touch with me every day throughout the process and kept up well Informed. Even other vendors have commented on her professionalism and help.

We are in a long chain and it's not always been straight forward, but Chloe our sales progressor has been fantastic. Obviously there is the commission as a motivation but I actually feel like there is care and compassion and a genuine feel that they want the best for us and those in our chain. Firstly we chose them to sell our house because Darren came to value the property and he totally engaged with us, asked us relevant questions about the property. Then Francis came and took amazing photos, he really took care to show all the elements we had lovingly created over the 15 years we had been at the property, his attention to detail was brilliant. I would highly recommend Horton Knights. We've had a nightmare 12 month move and the only reason things started to move was when these guys joined our chain. They weren't even our estate agent yet I was updated by Chloe (who is excellent) on a regular basis. If I ever move again I won't go anywhere else other than with these guys. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Following a ridiculously low valuation of our late parents' property by another agent, I contacted HK on the recommendation of my sister who had used them several years ago and had been very impressed. Francis carried out the initial valuation and was excellent in explaining his assessment of the property's value and the potential market. Very easy to talk to and ask for any clarification. Roger then dealt with any offers and negotiations and helped us find a way forward when things went wrong (through no fault of HK, just the way things go!). Roger was very easy to talk to, he listened to my questions, concerns and suggestions.

At a very busy time for their business he was extremely helpful and patient. A mention must be given to Ethan and Chloe in the office. They dealt very well with queries in the interim until I was able to speak with Roger. All in all, a very strong team that is passionate about doing their best to sell your property at the best price possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Horton Knights.

I have used Horton Knights for what must be 8 years. I have bought and sold alot and I would never use anyone else. Roger is my go to man but he represents HK and the way he works is seen throughout the team. When I sold my last home I had no hesitation but to call Roger, they know the market, they tell you the truth and they always communicate. Today I sold my home up North and moved south which means it the last time I'll probably deal with the team, I actually felt like I was speaking to friends for the last time, I couldn't recommend this company enough. Don't fall for the national names, Horton Knights go above and beyond.

I have been a Landord for 20 years or so and have dealt with many different Estate Agents in acquiring and letting my properties. Most have been extremely disappointing. The property I own in Doncaster has been managed by Horton Knights for about 6 years. The service has been exceptional. I do not live locally, so the input provided by Roger (in particular) has been essential in successfully marketing and maintaining the property whilst maximizing the rental income.

The majority of other Agents seem to have no idea and make irrational judgments they would not make if it was their own property they were dealing with. That cannot be said for Roger and his team.
