We bought our first home from Derek and four years later, we sold it with him! Purfect Properties is a small, family run business, offering a personal, hands-on experience. Derek knew our property inside and out, and conducted every single viewing. An expert in his field, he secured fantastic buyers and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Derek was attentive, kind and professional, and eased what can be an incredibly stressful time. We wouldn't hesitate to use Purfect Properties again in the future.

Shame I can't leave a 0 star rating. Please think carefully before being a tenant with Purfect Properties. Doesn't know how to manage properties. Repairs get done shoddily, lack of communication, only put deposit into scheme after I kept badgering him otherwise wouldn't have been done. Asked if we could do things, said yes then backtracked. Terrible letting agent, DO NOT trust him. Please make sure to look for Derek Hall in Google and you will fing he's been struck off twice for letting properties

My property was valued by a number of estate agents and I found that Derek at Purfect Properties gave me the best advice and made the process clear to me, as I had last sold a property 21 years ago. Throughout the process Derek was very supportive, always available to help and made it go as smoothly as possible with advice given using his expert knowledge of the property market.

I had been trying to sell a flat with other agents for at least 18 months receiving very poor service but that all changed when I moved to Purfect Properties. From the moment I met Josh Frampton he was very positive about the sale and had secured a buyer in a matter of weeks. He provided outstanding professional service throughout the process to completion and even afterwards.

He went above and beyond to try to help when we were messed around by a letting agent and managed to sustain the patience of our buyer when things started to snarl up. I wish all estate agents and letting agents were equally professional and supportive. I thoroughly recommend this company and just wish they operated further afield so they could help me with my next purchase.

What a team - Derek and Josh are professional/ reliable and really do go the extra mile! Having been on the market for some time ( with 4 other Estate Agents in Aylesbury) and having experienced 3 sales fall through from what we felt was lack of support/ correct process and finance checking by other Estate Agents - we choose Purfect Properties as they had recently Sold a property in our neighbourhood - when we had not had a single viewing in weeks. Highly recommend. As first time buyers me and my wife were worried about the stress involved in getting on to the property ladder. Derek and his team however made the whole process very easy and stress free. From putting in the offer to getting the keys was a smooth process and we were kept in the loop the whole way with regular updates. Would happily use again should we decide to move in the future.

Having sold a property with Purfect recently I can't recommend them highly enough. They made what is naturally a stressful process as easy and simple as possible.
