Having recently purchased a property that Wellington Wise were the estate agents for, we were really pleased with the service that we were offered. The sale process was frustratingly extended due to complications with solicitors, but throughout Wellington Wise were response, professional and transparent about the process that was taking place, making the whole thing a lot less stressful. We were very happy with their service.

Absolutely five star service. After a truly terrible experience with other local agents, we could not be more thrilled with the service and experience we have had with Wellington Wise. Every member of the team has been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They are highly responsive. Communication has been great through the entire process. Their team took the time to get to know our slightly unusual property and really worked hard to get us the best possible result.

Even through the difficult times of lockdown the service has been first class. Our property was actively marketed instead of just being popped online and forgotten about. They understood the needs of the potential buyers they showed around and took great care to match buyers to our property which was refreshing. Every member of the team from Simon Burdett at valuation through to Sarah Kerr negotiating the sale for us and everyone in between, were fantastic. I highly recommend Wellington Wise.

We had sold our house through a different agents, found a house with Wellington Wise that we liked. We negotiated with the vendor and had an offer accepted to purchase the property. Our buyer was having trouble securing an adequate mortgage to buy ours so pulled out. Within 3 hours of this happening, Wellington Wise had "sold" our house to someone else!

We didn't even receive a phone call from them to discuss options, if we had other potential offers/viewers on the table, or how to move forward. All we got was an email after the deal was done. This is how *not* to do business! We will not be looking at any properties listed with Wellington Wise if this is whats deemed to be an acceptable business practice. We would not recommend them to anyone either.

We recently tried to purchase a house through WellingtonWise, and due to some delays on the sellers' side we had been holding on for 6 months. This was at no fault of WW, who did all they could to keep us informed with regular calls and emails. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions (we frequently called to ask these) - this was no trouble for anyone we encountered from the local agents.

I must particularly highlight Jeremy and Richard who were completely transparent and honest with us throughout - something that I think is so so so important (and frustratingly rare) in the industry. While we did end up buying another property, I had to leave these guys a great review. Highly recommend.

Richard and Simon, and indeed all of the staff I came into contact with, were very knowledgeable of the local market and helpful at pushing the sale through. It proved to be rather protracted and they kept me updated at all stages. Would definitely recommend this local agent.

Very professional attitude. Someone was always available to take calls and answer queries. Wellington Wise have a good amount of staff. There was always a member of staff available to do viewings on our house. This resulted in a quick and easy sale. Thank you all very much.

I stayed in the Priory, a property managed by WellingtonWise, for about three years. By far one of the best letting agencies I've ever had, the staff is very friendly and professional especially Ellie and Aston. If you're part of a visiting force I highly recommend pursuing one of their properties they manage. They are extremely accommodating to our hours and workload. I can't recommend this agency enough!

Utterly disgusted at Wellington Wise staff. So much disrespect towards us as tenants. Myself and partner are both incredibly patient people. Complained about our shower not working the day after we moved in, after 5 months of waiting we were told nothing was going to be done about it. We moved out on October 12th and are STILL awaiting. information about our deposit.

Every time we phoned to speak to the relevant person we were told he was on the phone or out of the office and he would get back to us. Every single day for over a week. He finally returned an email apologising for the delay, which we replied to within 48 working hours, to which we are STILL waiting for a reply. Our email was sent last Monday. I'm so disappointed and utterly fed up with the lack of co-operation from the Royston branch.

The whole process dealing with everyone at Wellington Wise has been an absolute joy! From day one nothing has been too much trouble for them. Neil, Tash, Jeremy & Laurence have all been absolutely superb. They have kept us informed, always been available to answer questions & have truly gone the extra mile. Wellington Wise are a completely professional company & really help take the stress out of moving home. A massive Thank You to all of you at Wellington Wise, I won't hesitate to recommend you to everyone.

Very disappointed with this company. After approximately a year of trying to buy a property (105 Hillcrest, Bar Hill), completing serches and preparing contracts with the solicitors, they relisted the property without first contacting us! We were informed by our solicitor a week later. When we called to ask what was going on, they claimed to have. left us voicemail messages - an amazing feat given we don't have voicemail!

They had been unreliable throughout the process, never informing us of any news about the purchase - we had to call whenever we wanted to know anything. A very disingenuous, unprofessional, unreliable company that blatantly lies to your face - avoid at all costs!

Wellington Wise were efficient throughout the buying process from viewing to completion, dealing promptly with our offer and doing their best to keep us informed as the legal process ticked along. There was a minor mix up with the solicitors being sent incorrect property particulars, but we were able to get this resolved before it caused any delays.

Can't say enough good things about WellingtonWise, who both sold our old house and found our new one. They have a comprehensive understanding of the local market and take the time to listen to and understand their client's needs. A wonderful, professional, personal service that removes the unnecessary stress. Wouldn't use anyone else to sell our house (though they found us such a perfect house, that's not a service we'll be looking for any time soon!)
