I have recently purchased a property through Moon and Co. I had one of their team assigned to me to assist with the sale progression. She kept me well informed and as well as being professional and pleasant to deal with, her work in keeping things on track when we encountered problems with other parts of the chain was invaluable.

I had to leave a review as the service we recieved From Alison at Moon and was just exceptional. Alison went above and beyond to help us. When we struggled to get help from our own agent and solicitor, Alison would be there With a friendly ear to help and guidance us. Then when we completed we recieved a wonder home move box full of goodies, we though this was such a thoughtful touch. We sold our property through moon and co and had abit of bad luck with buyers along the way, however moon and co quickly got our property back on the market straight away and got us a buyer very soon after it previously fell through. The pictures they took were great and even did a video tour which helped us Get a lot of interest. In particular Marilyn was fantastic throughout the process and would regularly chase solicitors and would give me a call at the end of each week to reassure me things were going through as they should be. Whilst we had abit of bad luck with buyers pulling out this wasn't the fault of moon and co and they helped to get things moving as soon as possible and kept communication going throughout.

I paid Moon & Co. for 12 years to "manage" my rented property, whilst I lived abroad. During that time they did close to nothing except lose the contract, poorly advise on market rates locally, fail to manage the exit of my property by the tenants and leave me a property with substantial damage and junk! During this final phase lots of commitments were made and none kept. One of the most incompetent and dishonest companies I have dealt with in my life.
