Watsons have been 5 star excellent all through our dealings, from the initial viewing through to the completion of the transaction. They were especially helpful when I was having difficulty navigating the on line credit check. Sheriden Ellis, from the Norwich branch has been exceptionally helpful and incredibly patient with an elderly computer bumbler. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We asked for a report into a new house we are looking to purchase and Watsons were fantastic! They were friendly, clear and concise with the information we asked about as well as what they will do for us on our survey report. We booked them to do our survey report of which they did on the day and sent us a detailed report back. If you need a survey report doing they are a great company and recommend them, especially new first time buyers who are not 100% sure on the process of buying a house. Thank you!

My partner and I were notified of Watsons from our financial advisor and, upon confirmation of our own market assessment, we approached to arrange a "RICS Home Survey Level 2". As a first time buyer, the online process was simple and easy to navigate. In addition to this, Emily has been extremely helpful in arranging our booking and assisting with any queries we had. I'll definitely look to use them again when needed in the future.

At the recommendation of the estate agent we used Watsons for our recent survey and we were not disappointed. Paul Smith was extremely helpful organising the survey and keeping us informed. The survey was carried out by Gavin Russell and we received his report very speedily. Would use again and strongly recommend to anyone else.

Watsons was wonderful, and our contact person Joe Santander, was always prompt, friendly, and helpful in his replies. We are first-time home buyers, and Joe responded to our questions with patience and kindness. We chose to use Watsons to carry out the survey for our first home and could not have been more impressed with the service we received. Dave helped arrange the survey for us over the phone and was so helpful and kind. The customer service was second to none from booking a survey through to receiving the report. The survey itself was incredibly comprehensive and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again should we require a surveyor in future.

Benji gave great customer service from the get go. Really patient and willing to explain the process from start to finish, supplied variety of quotes along with examples so we could see the difference - really helpful. Always cheerful and conversational on the phone, he's been a pleasure to deal with. We've not had the survey yet but it was booked in super quickly with no bother. Hopefully, the actual survey will be a continuation of the excellent service so far.
