The team have more than 40 years professional property development and construction experience between them. We are equally at home with new build as refurbishment and maintenance. Since 2008 we have been appointed on numerous successful projects as Employers Agent ranging from new build hotels to large residential projects.
In addition to traditional Building Surveying and Cost Management Services Abode can offer numerous professional services including party wall advice, dilapidation's, and pre-acquisition and feasibility surveys for large public and commercial buildings, due diligence, fire risk assessments and DDA audits.
We are currently involved in assisting our clients across a wide range of services in the delivery and management of numerous projects across different sectors, with construction values ranging from 50,000 to 35 million.
