Micheal Poole Middlesbrough, Unhelpful, rude staff member with no sensitivity and a stick up her bottom. Not a shred of customer service skills and a terrible attitude. She needs to check how she is talks to people. Specially after you rent from them when you complain sth that wrong they never fixed that problem on time they might fixed after 6 months, this minimum.
The house moulded and cracked wall specially the toilet. I complain millions times but they not want to solve the problem now going to year. As well as I told them to change house key because I am not feel safe with the key that I have but they told me to change all the key by my own money. I don't what kind of landlord is it? Specially I am not recommended Micheal Poole Middlesbrough for foreign people because they think we not know anything thing how things are going and law!

We bought our house through Michael Poole 4 years ago and then 2 years ago I entered a competition thinking no-one ever wins.well I was the lucky winner. Due to covid we have only just been able to book the prize which was an overnight stay at Rockcliffe Hall with evening meals and breakfast. Included in this was 150 spending money to which I would like to say Michael Poole have been amazing. Thankyou so much for your generosity and keeping in touch throughout we can't wait to go and get pampered.

Constantly trying to get in touch multiple times for properties we were very keen on, only to get either no response, a call back within an unreasonable timeframe (i.e. after 5pm when I make contact 9/10am that same day, after I've already booked other viewings), or only a response to find out the house I was interested in and wanted to offer on was already sold.
We are not even getting a chance to go view these houses when we make the initial early contact because there's just no response or sense of urgency, even though we have sold our house, are chain free and basically ready to go. Very disheartening and frustrating from a buyer's point of view.

Dreadful customer service. During a pandemic where the advice is to do virtual viewings if possible, many properties have no room sizes, virtual videos or floor plans on the site. Impolite staff answering telephone enquiries and, the clincher, allowing 15 minutes to view a property before the next people turn up with no cleaning done in between! Absolutely against all the guidelines. 8 couples one day every 15 minutes and 10 the following.

This was my first experience of Michael Poole & I was very pleased with the service. I was kept informed at every stage of the selling process, by telephone, text and/or email. Text notifications in advance of every viewing was very helpful indeed. Everyone I had dealings with were most helpful, going beyond their remit on several occasions & I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Maria specifically for her advice.

This was the first time I had used an estate agent and I'm glad it was Michael Poole. From the first time I called them they were so professional. No sooner was the property put on the market than we started getting calls to let us know that people were viewing and we got feedback regularly to let us know what had been said about the property. Kind, helpful and efficient staff who where very accommodating throughout the process. Only caveat would be that as a first time buyer there where times when it seemed unclear as to what was happening and I felt that I had to call to get updates more often than I should have. More contact from Michael Poole's either via email or call would have been more beneficial to myself. I do appreciate however the multiple clients they must be juggling. Overall very happy with the service provided.
