I bought my new house via Nick Tart and they made things extremely smooth at an already very stressful time. I originally dealt with Louise who was very friendly and professional. She kept me updated with any news. After speaking with other members of staff later on I found they were all exactly the same. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Once everything had gone through and I had actually moved in I got a welcome box with some essential items, beers, chocolates and numerous money off vouchers. Was such a lovely touch. The Tettenhall branch sold my house and Scot the manager was as my kids say Epic, helpful kind, Professional, punctual, polite Always. I had broken my legs but he did assisted viewings. Also I travelled abroad and he handled everything without me having to worry about a thing. I was so pleased as my house got a lot of attention and he dealt with everything superbly.

In 2020, I used Nick Tart Ltd twice - once to rent a flat for my mother and later, after her sudden death, to sell her house. Matt did his best to help with the former, unhappy experience - no fault of the company's.
