Went to view a house today and immediately gave offer of the asking price and specifically said, that was my best offer, estate agent said they have received a couple of offers already but cant advise what other offers they have received (rightly so) but also implied they were very close to the asking price. The manager called back half an hour later and told us he has conveniently now received 4 offers all at the asking price and asked again what my best offer was because all 4 offers were the same. I think its bad practice to advise what others have offered purely to encourage a bidding war above the asking price

Andrew and the team just sold our bungalow - really quickly. They are very friendly and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. Only offering a limited number of properties for sale at any one time means they can offer a personal and attentive approach. This makes such a difference. The virtual tour online viewing facility is really impressive, and something that would have been helpful when viewing the property we eventually bought 150 miles away. This is definitely the way forward for estate agency, in my opinion. I would certainly recommend Newberry Tully if you are looking to move house!

Absolutely fantastic service! I am so pleased we chose Andrew. He guided us every part of the way and smoothed out any problems for us. The entire office staff are all so caring and keep their word. If a call is promised it arrives punctually and you are never left in doubt. Living abroad with mum in a nursing home in Seaford we just couldn't attend to things ourselves.

He has been so supportive and professional. The Covid restrictions whereby air corridors opened and promptly reclosed added extra stress to our situation, however we have been treated like "family" rather than clients and were always updated every step of the way.
