Brown & Brooke

I cannot recommend Brown & Brooke highly enough. We used their services to sell our flat and they could not have been more helpful. We had several issues throughout the selling/buying process (none of which were the fault of Brown and Brooke) and Tony and his excellent team helped us get through all of them. They were always contactable and always happy to offer advice and assistance. If you are looking for an Estate Agent, please do give them a chance over the bigger, more established firms. We did and we are so happy that we sold through them.

I spoke to one of the customer advisor who goes by the name Tony on the phone. This happen at Tuesday 4th Jan 2022, between 9am and 10am and he was extremely rude. Honestly very pathetic and unpleasent staff. I told him that the studio was luxurious and he's putting unnecessary word into mouth just to poke shots. Very unprofessional and cringe behaviour.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Ngl, most the staff from this appear to show very strong Symptoms of a discorder called NPD. It is very unsetting and unconforting. Hope most the staff gets fired so it get left to the real pleasent professionals to handle.

We're so sad to be leaving our Brown & Brooke property. We stayed 4 years and only for the fact we're now purchasing a property, we would've stayed another 4. It's been a pleasure dealing with Cameron & Tony. Both guys are super helpful and responsive. Communication has been great and I can't recommend them enough. They made what should've been a stressful experience (moving out) a really smooth process. Thank you so much Cameron & Tony.

Absolutely terrible customer service - was interested in renting a property they had available in Thornley Place - Cutty sark, the agent Carol came across very rude and unprofessional. She arranged a viewing for the property which I attended - "she literally said have a look and call the office on Monday" I called the office straight after saying that I would like to go ahead and I was told by Carol that another person had been chosen for the property - that is not the case as I spoke to another member of staff who stated the property was still available. This has to be the most unprofessional and rude estate agent I've seen to date. Absolutely Terrible!

Brown & Brooke were fantastic when we sold our London home 8 years ago and enabled our speedy relocation to Kent. Therefore, It was an easy decision to choose Brown & Brooke when it came to selling my mother-in-law's home when we all decided to sell up and buy one house to accommodate us all. As you can imagine, selling two homes in different locations to purchase one property was a huge feat but the whole process was made so much easier with the support of the Brown & Brooke team.

In particular, I'd like to thank you for the sensitivity shown towards my 90 year old mother-in-law who was selling the family home she'd lived in her whole life - however, she didn't even look back when she left! We cannot thank you enough for enabling us to purchase the dream home for us all, especially for 'Granny' who is safely and happily installed in her ultra-modern annexe with her son and grandchildren only a few steps away. We would highly recommend a call to Steve and his team if you are looking to buy, sell or rent in the area.

I was shown around the property by Alan Middlewood, Sales Manager. He was polite and efficient and was able to answer my queries efficiently. I telephoned him later in the day to put in my only and final offer. My offer was accepted, thankfully. Then the whole team at Brown and Brooke guided me safely and efficiently throughout the whole process including liaising with the vendor, his solicitors as well as mine, in order to iron out various hiccups that occurred along the way.

From beginning to end, the whole process took only two months, thanks mainly to the team at Brown and Brooke. After-sale service was equally efficient because Brown and Brooke supplied items such as brochures for working the cooker, microwave etc that was not available in the property when I moved in. I cannot praise Brown and Brooke highly enough, especially when I received less than professional services from some Estate Agents in the area that I dealt with for the previous six months. Browne and Brooke, in particular, Alan Middlewood and Steven Brown restored my faith in Estate Agents!

I would not hesitate in recommending Brown and Brooke to anyone who wants a professional and efficient service when buying (or selling) property. Personally, they make buying a property a less stressful experience than expected!

They say that moving house is the one of the most stressful times of your life and ours was no exception. What made it a lot easier to handle was the incredibly professional and helpful services of Brown and Brooke who expertly guided us through the whole process. Unhelpfully we had a buyer pull out of the purchase just days before exchanging contracts but Alan and his team had the house back up on the market and a new sale agreed within 3 days, and we got more money.

Not having moved house for a long time they were always there for the odd piece of advice and when necessary to speed up those other parts of the chain who were dragging their heels. I could not recommend Brown and Brooke enough, at all stages of the process they were very efficient and friendly and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I've been living in a Brown and Brooke property for 3 years now (2 years landlord managed 1 year managed by Brown and Brooke). The team there are all very helpful. If we have every had any problems with the flat they get things fixed extremely fast and keep you updated throughout. Karen (our main contract) is extremely professional and approachable. I don't you could really want any more and I wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending them.
