As well as providing sales advice to land owners, we carry out valuations of land and advice to a range of private clients including Hotel Proprietors, Nursing Home owners, and commercial clients owning property with residential development potential through to land owners with a small strip of land controlling access to adjoining land.

When selling land you can work with Prime Land Consultants to maximize your site's development potential. We have investors who will fund a purchase conditional on site investigation only, through to clients who will purchase subject to obtaining full planning approval.
We are looking for land and property off-market with development potential for new build residential development, mixed-use developments, senior living, medical centres and discount retailing.
