We rented a property in Allington through this company for several years. We were great tenants, always paying our rent on time and leaving the property very tidy. When we moved out we were charged an additional 200 for cleaning, which I found to be a complete rip off. They would not allow us to return to the property unless we hired a professional cleaning team This must be a common excuse for them to make extra revenue and not notifying the landlord. As a renter, I would not recommend hatch batten as they don't seem genuine
