I cannot recommend Simmons highly enough! All of the staff are extremely professional yet friendly and genuinely do everything that they can to get your sale through as smoothly and as quickly as possible. We had a stressful time getting to exchange and honestly believe that had it not been for their support and determination in helping to sort out various issues, our sale would have fallen through.

Happy to recommend this estate agency Simmons estate. I bought and sold through Simmons last year and I have to say it was a joy to deal with them. I really liked the fact that I was informed all the time what is happening. Another good point was that they always answered their phones within few rings unlike other companies I know. The best thing with them was that they sold our house very quickly and for the correct price.

Other agents wanted to either go in low or give us fake high price. I trusted Simmons estate the most and made a good choice with them. Buying process was smooth too even so the seller was bit of a player but they still managed to pull it off. Thank you to David and Ollie big time

Really top service from David and his excellent team. They have proven themselves to be the best estate agents I have ever sold a house through. Clear communication, loads of first class viewings with potential buyers very well vetted ( so no time wasters ) and had multiple buyers lined up for us. In the current market that is incredible work. We were with another estate agent for 6 months before Simmons and the first agent just didn't deliver.

They had their own agenda, didn't keep us informed and didn't even get us a single offer. We sold with Simmons within the first month with them so, if you feel stuck in your attempt to sell I urge you to swap to Simmons. You won't regret it! They know the Borehamwood market well, they achieved an excellent price for us, more than we expected and they managed the whole process, keeping in touch with both sets of solicitors and pushing things along for an excellent result. If Carlsberg did estate agents. Simmons are probably the best in the world. Easily the best in Borehamwood.

The worst estate agent I have ever come across in my life! Do not bother renting a property with them, they are only concerned about their ridiculous fees and take sides with the landlord when they should be experienced, non biased and professional in handling disputes! They agitate you to the point where you have to result to abuse due to their extreme level of ignorant and irrational behaviour!

I was given the unpleasant experience of dealing with the director "David Luck" who in fact should be called Dave Unlucky! Nasty experience & never again! They don't even have the decency to return a phone call, however they sit behind their desks & send silly emails! I was persistent enough to get my deposit back! My advice is to stay in the property and use deposit as one month rent because they will come up with multiple unlawful reasons to make deductions! Anyway, just be wary of them. Not trustworthy and fair at all!

Amazing service from Simmons. We were on the market with two other estate agents for nearly a year. Had friends recommend Simmons to us and we can't believe the difference. I have used Simmons Estates in Elstree numerous times, in buying and selling a property. Through all transactions they have provided a very high quality and efficient service. Simmons Estates are very proactive throughout which ensures any delays in the sales/purchase process are minimized. They are always available on the phone and email to assist with any enquiries and provide guidance along the way.

I have no hesitation with recommending Simmons Estates to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Elstree, Borehamwood, Radlett, Shenley and surrounding areas, and no doubt will be using them again in the future.

This estate agency is as slimey as you can get. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Don't even think about putting an offer for a property advertised by them. They are unethical and do not care that they are messing with real lives. We put an offer in which took days to be accepted. Following this we kept getting pressurising phone calls regarding speeding forward towards the date of exchange.

When we were at the point of exchange (8 weeks from the date of offer which is average) They stopped returning our phone calls. We spent hours on hold and contacting them again. They had put the property back on the market. When they realised that we would be homeless they suddenly increased the price on Rightmove by 30,000 overnight, stating we would have to match that offer.

Our banks refused to re-evaluate it for this much and low and behold it was still on the market for another fortnight so I'm pretty sure there was no other offer and they were just playing dirty tactics.
