I would highly recommend the Barkers Team, they truly are excellent. They were the agent for the vendor I bought from, but they were the most helpful agent in the chain. While my own agent was consistently difficult to get hold off and did very little to ensure the successful completion of the chain, Barkers were the exact opposite; always available and very proactive in making sure everything moved forward. If we move again we will without doubt use Barkers. As a local agent, we decided to use Barkers to market and sell our two unique properties.
