I worked with JDR for many years. I always found them to be responsive, attentive and compassionate. Seth is sharp and a pleasure to work with. I worked with him for several years and he did an excellent job of making sure that the job was done well. I would recommend them for your management needs.

I rented from JDR for three years back when I went to Cal Poly. I lived in many other apartments before that, and JDR was my favorite. John and Patti were always very kind and happy to fix any issues in the apartment. College landlords tend to take advantage of students, but I did not feel that way with JDR. I would recommend them.

Patti the secretary/ assistant is extremely rude if you happen to make less money then the average person in slo county. She will laugh at you if you don't make 3x the amount of rent. I will never be inquireing about any property listed by this business, or refering anyone to use them. No offence to anyone else who works at the location. Nobody deserves to be treated as I was when calling this buissnesses. Its a simple question, hold your composer and treat everyone with respect. Dont chuckle at possible renters. That's how you lose buissness.

This is a company with terrible terrible service. I had been in touch with them for a month. Never ever got a confirmation, could take up to weeks to get an email reply from John. Worse experience ever in rental application. Save your time and look for somebody else.

Super friendly and personable. Small, locally owned business. I've always enjoyed my interactions with their office a lot. A relief from the bad stories I hear about other rental agencies in town.

We rented from JDR for over 3 years and they were always helpful. I highly recommend renting from them if you can.

Not impressed with JDR property management on handling the cleaning services. When you consider how much tenants pay to rent as John Duval shows no respect by hiring the worse cleaning services, which is Executive Janitorial. They pass on through basically cleaning nothing and give us no special treatment but bad cleaning every visit, the same old method, never changes.

The bathrooms are always filthy as John doesn't want to understand the tenants matter more than a bad cleaning company not doing their job here. The bathrooms always smell of something and they never really take any extra time to clean the outside hallways, the stairs and elevator; even the windows are not getting done as they should. About the only thing they do is take out the trash as that is the only way you know the cleaning company came but rub your fingers in the bathrooms, they are all full of dust.

Our building is lacking so much attention that nothing is ever going to change with this cleaning service called Executive janitorial. I don't care what cleaning company comes here, just fire these cleaners and put your tenants first John. Put more money and find a better cleaning company then some cheap substandard cleaning outlet that does nothing after so many years of the same cleaning, really it isn't cleaning it is a trash pickup really and that is sad.
