Professional, helpful and friendly. We have just completed on the sale of house. Steven & Anthony acted for us with the support of Jenny & Judith. Steve, Anthony and the whole team were amazing from the first point of contact all the way through selling our house and to completion. Nothing was too much trouble and Steve was always at the end of the phone with reassurance when needed. They supported us all the way through and even helped through our completion on our new house we were buying through another agent! I recently sold a property with Watkins Thomas and have to say that the level of professionalism and service is second to none. Steven and his team took care of everything involved in the process, which removed all the stress and worry. This included working with other professionals to ensure that the property was safe and secure, sorting the heating over winter to protect the pipes from bursting and organising a house clearance.
Nothing seems too much trouble! The communication throughout was excellent and the service went way above what I was expecting. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and would highly recommend their services, as you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.
